It's a nightmare trying to sell on the greys, you see no bid or ask, trades blind and you get destroyed on the price executions. Same exact thing happened to Solucorp in 1990's.....trading over $4 applied to NASDAQ to uplist and bam halted, grey sheets and trading under a dime from $4 pre halt. MBS is cursed.
