Eamon...the premise;


1. Wave, at least to our knowledge to date, isn't generating meaningful revenues.

2. If competition enters before we have any kind of foothold on a respectable portion of the market, it isn't good. No matter how you apply the logic, competition in the space lowers our market % and/or margins.

Now, I agree with you that if competition is entering the space there must be a market...but until there is proof that we have executed in the market, real dollar flowing proof, competition is potentially a terminal disease.

As to my investment, I never invested in Wave because they were going to be "one of the choices"...

As a matter of fact, I did because of our so-called "IP" and first mover advantage...

If our IP doesn't sell, and we can't leverage our first mover advantage, well don't worry about me selling...worry about how much they get for the coffee mugs and tee-shirts in the "going out of business sale"...
