Appreciate the uplifting response JB. I never really saw MMTE as a true mining company but more as a leverage vehicle. No money no honey. My concern here is, besides poor mgt communication, is dwindling options with one big Kahuna calling the shots. A take it or leave it kind of situation. Why would SQM offer top dollar for land when the only other option would be offer nothing and just letting the land just sit there and do nothing and wait for the hold out price drop lower and lower. Much like MMTE. Better to take a loss an get some from it now then to wait and possibly getting less or nothing. Really trying to stay positive here but ..... And it's a very big But....
