lumberg, I am somewhat confused but this is how I see it. One company will win the bid. Say its SQM. They will have the sole mining rights except for those other 2 companies grandfathered in. Now MMTE is not a mining company-we merely own lithium concessions. So SQM probabaly will want to acquire all the lithium they can get their handss on so they want have to worry about spending all this money to win the bid then run out of lithium mining concessions. Enter MMTE. They can either purchase our concessions or do an off-take agreement with us whereby they mine our lithium -a cut for us and a cut for them. 31,000 acres is a nice chunk to start with. So I don't think we are dead yet. Lets see what happens 9/24. This in no way means we have to sell our concessions for pennies on the dollar. We had no intention of mining when we acquired the concessions. Hope I have this right. Junebug
