MSJ denies the LOI and proved that BGL holds Interest in Cinco de Minas.

MSJ would like to clarify that the Company has not signed a LOI with Bandera and has not agreed to purchase Bandera’s interest in the two Mexican gold and silver properties for the proposed $6.5 million (US)red. MSJ has contacted the Investment Industry Regulatory Organization of Canada, and informed them of the matter. Bandera Gold Ltd. is a Canadian based mineral exploration company that trades on the TSX Venture Exchange under the ticker symbol BGL.
