Medicare is possibly 10 times as deficient as the private sector in administration cost.

Spreading the risks is the very definition of insurance.

We have 105000 boomers a day going on Medicare for the next 18 years, 50 million already on, some 50 + more on Medicaid massive numbers on veteran on gov coverage and in short order we will be up to 250 million of us of some single payer system.

WE have no hope other that universal health care--but with restructuring. Rhat is where Romney failed in Mass. He didn't have enough time to restructure, but even then it worked fairly well.

This is where we must head--- Medicare for all and protocol control, Massive increases in federal prosecutions for fraud and waste and be ready to expect the reform to take 10 to 20 years
