How does Obamacare change the HC Industry Fraud. I respectfully submit that a government takeover like Obamacare will only make the fraud worse! Just look at Medicare and Medicaid to get an idea!

Control the bad guys? Just who are the bad guys? I lead off with Big Pharma and their intent to push life long medications, rather than cures. Patnet laws need to be revised on any product that needs to be taken on an ongoing basis, to help reduce costs. Second, the trial lawyers have so swamped the system with malpractice suits that Doctors are bogged down with extra insurance costs and second guessing themsleves into running multiple unneeded tests, increasing costs! Obamacare does nothing for either of these huge problems!
