Unfortunately, I don't think that's our call. Regardless, IMVHO, I think there should be a SERIOUS consideration of an entire house cleaning. It's hard for a fruit not to be tainted when it's sat for too long near other spoiled fruit. Fat, dumb and lazy doesn't get it done.

As for whose call it is, it's Visser and the hedge funds. The problem I see is that when you give Visser and the hedge funds everything they want (as it appears - because mgmt has done ZIP to dispel that thought including a CT Order on VPC's gross margins), why would they want to clean house? I'll wait and watch to see what Q3 brings, but if it doesn't happen by early 2013, I'm out because mgmt just isn't cutting it. As it is, my relatively limited experience with mgmt, is that they just ain't all that bright - and IMO when you have a new tech, you need really smart, really driven people who can be shrewd negotiators. I don't see that. And that's not even counting the sterling job on those c.c.'s or conference videos. The world's greatest product doesn't mean a thing if you don't have a great mgmt that can execute. Pretty simple.
