RE: IDNG / PUNL promoters - This is an interesting comment I found else where on the internet that connects the IDNG / PUNL promoters to yet another past P&D giant

World Street Fundamentals is Skymark Research in disguise. They were shut down in Canada for Pumping worthless garbage and relocated to the Phillipines to continue their scams.

Is that true? I don't know, but it is an interesting thought.

Skymark is of course the Kirks who were closely linked to Carillo Huettel which later became an APS favorite. Rumors were that when Skymark got shut down they sold or gave their list to APS.

Carrillo Huettel Must Show Records In SEC Probe: Judge

Law360, New York (February 14, 2011, 7:32 PM ET) -- A federal judge has ordered San Diego law firm Carrillo Huettel & Zouvas LLP to hand over its bank records in an investigation into the firm's possible role in alleged fraud by stock promotion company Skymark Media Group Ltd.

Judge Cathy Ann Bencivengo denied the law firm's motion to quash a subpoena on Friday in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California, ruling that Bank of America Corp. must produce all of the law firm's bank records dating back to January 2009....

Carrillo Huettel, Skymark Media Group Ltd, and the Kirks (Bruce Kirk, Ben Kirk, and John Kirk) were also linked together to Tradeshow Marketing (TSHO) and Pacific Blue Energy Corp (PBEC) both of which were named in the Skymark Media litigation

TSHO founder Bruce Kirk actually began relying on his son, John Kirk, for promotional services five years ago. In May of 2005, regulatory filings show, TSHO hired Excel Relations – where John Kirk served as president – to generate investor interest in the company. TSHO agreed to pay Excel $5,000 a month, the same amount it now pays SkyMark, for its publicity campaigns.
