Yes. As always, Matt, I commend you on your diligence in research and especially your stick-to-it-tive-ness. I am slowing down a bit and am involved in major house remodeling for the frau.

I know that with your skill set and the demands sometimes placed upon you by your wife that you can relate.

I think that I would rather compete on a military contract than do household remodeling. Even if you do all the remodeling, it may not be "right" enough for your wife after you finish.......and finish may be never ending a term.
