Ethically, absolutely. Legally, not sure, not a lawyer, but if you note on his PR's he never uses a disclaimer at the end "forward looking statements" and all that, so not sure how he would be legally bound or not to the statements in them.. I would think more bound to them since there weren't any disclaimers
