Let BCIT run it's natural course in the open market, then only to be surpassed by letting GVRP pursue it's natural covering process....lol

If they let one of these happen once, you can be sure the MM's would never let these circumstances happen ever again.. it would be the best deterrent out there to the failings that happened in both these cases.... sort of like the equivalent of a "nuclear deterrent" to pink sheet shenanigans... let BCIT and GVRP be the Hiroshima and Nagasaki that remind the MM's of the "horrors of nuclear war" so to speak...lol
