They borrowed billions because they thought they acquired the rights to mine it when they purchased Lac. They now admit that they don't own it.

The case will go nowhere because Barrick did have title back then so it wasn't a lie. They lost title when the deal with Villar was overturned. At least this is my understanding.

I still say this all has no relevance to MSX at all unless Barrick somehow gets these titles back in the court case.
