What I mean is the company seems to be going by their activity transfer record supplied by their TA. So internally, they may know that DTC is now accepting electronic transfers. But if a general notice has not yet been posted, then TDA would still not be aware of the change and therefore may not comply. Wanderport is just reporting their observations to shareholders which to me is good. To others, it could be considered not good...To each their own!
