DTC Chill was the first hurdle and now old news!

How is it old news? Just because WDRP is done talking about it? WAS the chill removed? Where does WDRP and/or DTC say the chill was removed? Nowhere. Maybe what is the chill is a better question. I thought chill was because DTC would not electronically clear securities of WDRP. Do they now? Don't look like it on my end. Is it in processes? No idea. When a chill is removed TDA is all over it just like a few this summer. Anyone know if TDA allows WDRP trades like any other pinky?
