IDCC has already been paid up to date for NEC's seven thousand of those 50,000 WCDMA base station sales..I imagine that NEC will pay a minor additional royalty when they upgrade with TDD..That leaves 43,000 WCDMA base station royalties being accrued to IDCC. Obviously Institutions and World class Money managers are accumulating IDCC stock because they see a royalty stream that the sellers do not see.
