KCG - Maybe the goal is to collapse Knight and force them into BK. Then hide all of the collaboration and collusion they have been alleged to have been involved in over the years.

NITE's collaborators swooped in and bailed NITE out to hide the collaboration and collusion from past criminal activity.

They are now collaborating and colluding in an even more intimate setting!
