Beandog, the latest news says..."The Company targets an FDA SPA agreement by first quarter 2013."

Is there really much of a difference between by year end and by the 1st quarter?

To me, the wording by the 1st quarter means that by the time the 1st quarter gets here i.e. January 1, 2013, they will have an agreement.

The previous statement was by year end, meaning by 1December 31, 2012, so again, is there really much of a difference between these two statements?
