How about we make it a bit simpler? NONE of these companies should be going public until they've proven themselves real businesses first. "Development stage company", as used in the OTC, is a euphemism for "worthless shell company hellbent on fleecing idiots".

This whole "market" puts the cart before the horse. Why would a company need public investment before it has even developed a working business model. To add insult to injury, they often change business models mid-stream, like it's no big deal. One month it's a telecom company... check back 6 months later and et voilà!, it's a junior gold.

Sorry, the whole thing is just ridiculous.

Of course this post is my opinion. Every post by anyone is an opinion. I'm not writing a white paper on scams… in this post, anyway...
