Make no mistake about it, the SGCP external influences don't mind dilution. They were the cause of it. Doug had to sell way more shares than he otherwise would have had to as a direct result of their efforts - concentrated over a period of 4 years. THAT's where the investigation should be focused.
Don't blame Doug. It's not like he is paying himself a fat salary, with fancy offices, sports cars, or hookers.
Unlike the external influences, his only agenda was staying in business.
