Your putting the cart before the horse asking for fundamentals, business plan, sales/income, and/or financials when they haven't been released and or realized yet. If they were then ICNB would not be at these depressed prices still.

Many reasons have been given as to the price predictions. Speculation based on valid connections made with parties directly involved with ICNB.

Just because you have been burned before does not mean that OTCBB companies never come out with solid business plans and execute them while building solid SH value. It just means that you have made a few poor decisions.

Having been burned before is a poor excuse to pass on continuation of a good trade.

Yes there is trading being done on speculation of what is to come with ICNB. Getting in before such comes to pass is the key to making a great return. I was happy to participate in the reinstatement run. Now I will participate in the reason why they reinstated run.
