Is the doctor is not outright dishonnest,she will soon issue a NR (not another PR) getting her story as clear as legally feasable.

As you say 'circumstantial evidence' definitely seeds a lot of justified doubts on her integrity. Puttingt what she says verbally in writing in a NR could get her in jail if time was to prove her having lied to the markets.

In a previous situation I did witness, jail was a fact (Mr Matin in the VLXC affair. Time may still get him in jail with accomplices.
