Where did you get that information? The next pr validates heater with test efficiency results, testing lab to validate, and potential manufacturers, etc.

The heat engine is the technology that makes this thing work, so why wouldn't they have a heater? They know that people do not believe they have a heater and that is what they know they must address in the next pr.
