Bob, I noticed that ASPN insiders Cohan and Bailey have started selling some shares under a 10b5-1 plan for automatic selling:

"Under the plan, during a six month period commencing on September 15, 2005, the two directors each plan to sell 67,000 shares of Aspen stock in open market transactions."

What I find interesting is that the two have already combined to sell 81,000 of those 134,000 shares in the past week....why would they be so aggressive in selling now if they have a full 6 mos in order to complete the task??

I have no problem with them selling now, because if I were in their shoes I'd do the same thing. However, it might be a signal that the stock is getting a bit ahead of itself given the accelerated pace of their selling. Just my two cents....
