My guess is FitzGibbons wants to get the lowest settlment price with Granite Re as he knows they are in administration or BK (Chevy do I have that right?) and he can probably outwait them.
Yes he knows. btw- Not much is known about the lawsuit Symons & Co lost and reportedly owes $34MM on (I'd have to go back to see past post for actual numbers). From what I could tell they don't have squat going on except this claim against AIC.

It's never the intention to build false hopes so we don't play the what if game much here...we're all investors...pumping just doesn't run in our family line but one of these days (opps change that to years for Pagz LOL) someone who understands what this is ...and has the money to MAKE things happen...will.
To be honest guys if I won the lottery and had some real money to MAKE something happen I would. It has green light written all over it. Its a little surprising that we haven't seen that happen allready knowing gem seekers with money do exist and are out there. Personally I want to know what's its like to take something like AIC and make it into something real. And I'm not just talking about waiting to cash in on my debt claim..I mean resurrect AIC completely and bring it back out of BK.
It's not apples and oranges but there was a time when GEICO wasn't much more than AIC. Big leap..I know. But it just took the right guy with vision to see it and make it happen.
Fools gold? perhaps...and that would be fair... but I've waited this long I'm not leaving till the movie ends. Making money is the desired destination for us all...the sooner the better no question...but the journey there is always the best part of any story.
