Bio---I don't believe I was insinuating this is huge news---the board has turned rather bleak recently---my point was that Deerfield is still buying A-3 pref.----They don't have to buy anymore---they have no obligation to buy just the right to---I think this only means that their outlook hasn't changed and that we should just relax and wait for events to play out----I seem to recall many here saying that I was totally off base when I included A-3 pref. in my calculation for diluted shares---my post just pointed out the simple fact they are still buying---then you said their not buying---this is really a comedy.
