I'm sure he was told by another shareholder that, a shareholder who talks to an insider at the company. They like to pass little snipits like that along without ever really coming out and saying it officially in a PR. Why? Because it isn't really happening. But from my experience they like to keep feeding the sheep little bits of info there and there to keep the masses excited.
