The D is added to the Ticker Symbol to signify a Corporate Action.

Not a new name.

In order to change the name the company has to file with the Nevada SOS and File with the Regulatory Agency FINRA as well as File an 8-K with the SEC.

NONE OF THAT HAS HAPPENED....So Same Name COLORADO GOLDFIELDS

If I got it right; "That's my one for the year!" If this had been an actual trading emergency you would have been instructed "TO NOT LISTEN TO ME!" There is no substitute for your own DD!!!
