Mocha and EZ ~~

The 10KSB was not encouraging. I certainly do look forward to HRCT's future potential. However, I base my investment decisions on past performance (of an organization) and always take profits while a stock is on the way up (and even if I'm still ahead while it declines ~~ emergency / market conditions).

Hartcourt is a company I am very happy to have owned stock in. However, I am not seeing follow through on a great deal of HRCT's promises. In fact, I'm seeing a lot of backing off. This is not directed against any "one" individual. I'm just trying to post facts and take the defensive role, here. I am beginning to see a lot of "cheerleading" for HRCT. . .during the down times. And I certainly hope HRCT will eventually benefit from it. But what is going on with Enova? I've held those shares in my account for so long, I'm not even sure whether to believe they will ever trade. That is nobody's fault. I have the shares. But if SA goes the same way, what is this all about? There are very deep issues and concerns that need to be put to rest.

How will IPO shares provided to HRCT shareholders be done?

What are the tax ramifications?

How do overseas allocations of IPO shares take effect?

What are the commissions/fees for trading IPO shares on the GEM or the HK mainboard?

Why do HRCT longs wish to deal with the potentials of concerns with overseas trading if they can place their capital, elsewhere? (yes, I am aware of the risks. . .but where are the outcomes?)

How can HRCT succeed without finding someone to come up with major capital? (not OTC BB money flow, I can assure you all of that)

I'm just focusing on the "other side of the coin," so to speak. I'm certain most of you longs have taken a look at that side of the coin. I'm not being mean. . .nor degrading anyone. I'm just saying. . ."Show me something, please." There are many quoted "longs" that need a little confirmation of past statements. And lastly. . .

"Where are our Chinese supporters?" If SA is predicted and published to be such a great company. . .why is there any delay in the IPO? Again. . .I'm just being blunt. I'm sure that will be understood by the longs with similar concerns. Those without the concerns. . .scare me.

Peace,

M&M Man
