All logical points. Should someone invest in Juina or USCA? Should someone invest in a company embroiled in a lawsuit like this? http://www.machcobra.com/board/showthread.php?t=177 Most of the people named in the suit are somehow connected to CMKX (no surprise there). I don't know how these individuals keeps their activities straight in their heads. All these companies and people are so intertwined. Maybe when you have lawyers to handle all that cr*p you just don't worry about it and just move on to the next venture (or scam?).
