Perhaps, Lisenby gets the blame because it was his garbage in the PRs, emails, and website postings (e.g., PR from 10/4/10) to shareholders over multiple years. These weren't Lee's PRs or emails or website postings. The poor "victim" of this travesty, had a chance to face Lee in court but instead high-tailed it away from the court as opposed to Lee who was ready to go to trial. Now, who probably had something to hide and felt that he didn't have the law on his side? Would that be the person running from the trial or the person willing to go to trial? These are such difficult questions.
