Of course, that is true. However, that ship has sailed. I don't know how old you are, but about 12 years ago (or so), Newt Gingrich and his crowd came in to power based on a whole list of revolutionary changes - one of which was term limits. Although some of the changes were enacted for short periods of time, term limits went nowhere. Why? Because they they represent the worst of GRATIS_BS !! Even if they were sincere about it initially, that all changed when they got there and started learning the value of being stroked 24/7.

Hopeless.
