why in the hell dont we start a national referendum to limit terms to 3 CONSECUTIVE terms, that way, they can run all they want, just cant be elected to the office more than 3 consecutive times,

the problems is the longer terms they carry, the appointments and the favors that are developed

if term limit ok for president, OK for congressman IMHO
