On the surface ECDC does appear to be growing. There really is no proof or fact that can guarentee that it is accurate or if it is growing....if it will continue. The price continues to lag and there is no reason to believe the coming week will be any different than the last several weeks. This opinion is based on the reality of the week PR's, the week 10Q and the continued reduction in pps. The opposite opinion is based on dreams and hope.
