Because it's easy to do if you have controlling interest.

But according to the last 10K (that's where it's reported, for those non-accountants here), officers and directors own 31%, not a majority. Almost all ownership is controlled by Bin Wang, whose wife and daughter also share his ownership of 30% of the common stock.
