Doing some DD digging into old CSGH records. Found this:

And so far, I do not see any indication the inside ownership has changed any at all, but the Fidelity broker site does not show any inside ownership at all. Might be that lack of info has held the stock back too. OTC also shows no insider sales or ownership, but the 2008 filling clearly shows a huge insider position. Why go private when you already own controlling interest?
