Strictly my opinion, but Rand Paul is all about the fame and the money; he will use what it will take to get to presidency which I believe he desires very much; from their I think it be all about him.
I had to tell him three times to remove me from email list; he is always begging for money, in every single email, and a plethora of emails at that.
