If they get booted from their email again, this can be a very very short play. Not saying they will though. Now if they don't I don't think it will have much effect on their ability to get this thing up. Traders follow MOMO, and APS knows how to create this.

The email problem IMO seems to be done on purpose. You can sign up with them all the times you want. But you are really not signing up to anything. Their email link on the website is something completely separate from their Getresponse account that they use to send the emails. So they can grab whoever double opted in that link and place them on whatever email list they want. This is why you sign 10 times and don't get an email.

Of course I am not stating as this is the ultimate truth, but what I have observed and what I think it is.
