CEO most likely was thinking.....

The company has been receiving multiple calls from one person. We tried and tried to explain to them the math of O/S and the float. Since this person did not get it, we went and released a PR.

Hopefully this person will understand the difference between historical shares traded, the current O/S and the current FLOAT.

By the way, FORM 4s are when the company or insiders BUY off of the market shares and LOCKS them up for a time period. In this case, Siiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiix months.

That means the trading shares are LESS in the open trading market.
