You know the answer! After they May R/S, the company added to the O/S. Most likely it was to raise funds for their MULTIPLE projects.

-- Gas production
-- Gold production.
Adding to the O/S dropped the share price down to the .0020 range.
Then insiders starting buying as well as groups buying.
The price goes up.
