One of these days I am going to have to sit down and actually read the Bible. I often hear a lot of passages quoted and how they are interpreted in different ways. I should probably read them first and see if I can derive some meaning from them in their entire context. IMO the Bible sounds more like an Almanac for ones life. Examples of what has happened to others in the past and how it might relate to ones life in the future.
