EXEL makes no sense. Why would they
sell all 30 million shares so fast? If they stopped selling this would run up so fast it would be crazy. No trader would ever dump like this all at once..would be like losing money on purpose.

I've seen it before where the last few shares they just dump at market and cause a spike lower. Hope they do not do that. IMO thats the last scam before running the stock up.
