To whomever - I would appreciate your not including ALL of us in your negative e-mail to Mr. Huff. If I have an issue, I will speak for myself, ok?

And, regarding Mr. Huff's response to you I say:

. . . THERE; NUFF SAID, FROM HUFF; right from the top! I hope this serves as a final pacifier to some of the bashers and whiners on here. If not, I too would hope that they sell out and move on. My unbiased and anti-grumbling opinion of course... I've been into GTE(L) for about 1-1/2 years and consider myself fairly heavily invested.

Without divulging numbers, all I will add is that the fella a few days ago that stated he had "50,000 shares" has peanuts..., and I am NOT bragging. As I stated before, I invested in GTE for the long haul; like I took my wife . . . "For Better or For Worse". We all should have accepted this up front, coming into the GTE(L) world with both eyes open. Rome, Xerox, IBM, Microsoft et al were not built in a couple of years and I wish the bashers/whiners could get that through their thick heads.

The stratellite, in "my opinion...", is old technology being made better, i.e. the Hindenburg. Had that thing not crashed, none of us here would probably be having our GTE discussions as that 'old' technology would have continued to be developed and be leap years ahead of anything we know at this time.

We need to be more patient; let Huff and Company do their thing, or move on. How many companys do you know of that the CEO would even take the time of day to try hushing up the grumbling thats been going on about his/our stock? Danm few!!! Patients folks; patience... I don't post often; only when I get the willies reading the nothing whiney postings. So, let the bashing begin if this trips your trigger . . . , and as good ol' Forest Gump said, "And that's all I got to say about that..."

Oh, and last, this was not directed to 'showmebill'. This just seemed like as good a spot as any to post my pithy comments at this time.
