This is NOT a political comment. However, note, that Obama prepared several speeches recently prior to the Supreme Court healthcare bill announcement.

So, I completely agree that this has nothing to do with the outcome and you shouldn't read into it. As perdooky points out, there will be two presentations prepared for either contingency. One will trumpet the success and one will soften the blow.
