I dont think that Jonathan Leff wants to take another hit. I know WP has a ton of money but they still dont like to lose. I can guarantee you that Leff's boss gave him an earfull after the Allos deal. The drug got approved years ago and years later they are still trying to dump the company at a lose and it's still not done. I'm sure Leff is doing everything in his power to come out on top with this one.
