I get what you are trying to say but I don't agree with you. You would still have the advantage over 1/2 of the subscribers which is still a huge advantage. The only way it becomes negated in my mind is if someone is shouting it from the rooftops, blasting it to multiple message boards, tweeting it out etc. If someone does then unless you get a fill before he does then your premium service is negated. Which is clearly why ATA has decided to only send it to the Insiders list which is smaller and not very public. Plus they are giving those getting the pick early a few minutes without leaving the rest of us behind which is very fair. The only thing that is a challenge is hopefully someone notices if someone is blasting the ticker to the public so the plan can be adjusted before we get left behind. With the amount of smart and observant people we have here though, that shouldn't be a problem.
