Not only should a gagged TA be illegal but companies should be automatically suspended if they fail to file 4 consecutive financial reports. It's absolutely insane that there are so many allowances for public companies for hiding important data from those who have invested in them.

I won't mention the name of a now revoked company that went 6 years without filing a single financial.
