I think the answer to #2 might be the most revealing. I read his comments as well. There are errant algorithmic issues daily, but they are caught early. Begs the question, did the robot take 25 minutes to stop once they turned him off? If you are driving a 120 mph and someone says "stop." It will take a bit.
