It is amazing this sort of thing does not happen more regularly in the markets.

Unfortunately it's happening with greater and greater frequency. Nasdaq's problem on the day of the Facebook IPO isn't far in the past.

And these things move so fast that disaster strikes within minutes, and is hard to stop.
