PWC has already showed it's hand. They need & want to get paid.
So far they have not had any great success. Recent settlement shows
that of the $6mm supposedly due them PWC settled for 1/6th.

HLNT appears to have the same settlement offer at hand should
they decide to simply move on. However, it does not appear that
HLNT will take it as I'm sure they feel they can do better!


Moreover, business also appears to have improved to the point
of rendering a settlement subsequent costs rather irrelevant
to the bigger-picture.
